The Commonwealth Institute (TCI) of South Florida has named CSI Specialty Group (CSI), led by President and CEO Suzette DiMascio CHE, CMCE, CPC, among the Top Women-Led Business in Florida for 2017.
Each year, TCI collaborates with Kaufman Rossin to conduct a survey of women-led businesses to determine the top 50 women-led for-profit organizations and the top 120 not-for-profit organizations to demonstrate how Florida women are leading the way. This year, the women were honored at a luncheon on Thursday, May 18 at Jungle Island in Miami, FL.
“Everything we do is about adding value for our clients and improving the patient journey along the way, so it is an honor to be recognized as one of the top-women led business in Florida this year,” says DiMascio. “The recognition speaks volumes to our team’s success in pioneering innovative concepts to support specialty pharmacies, pharma manufacturers, health systems and all of our clients and the patients they serve.”
DiMascio is a thought leader and influential contributor to the specialty pharmacy and manufacturer community, Corporate Member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP), Founding Member of National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP) and an Active Member in the Women Business Leaders of US HealthCare Industry (WBL). She was recently appointed to the National Stakeholder Advisory Panel of the Pharmacy Quality Alliance, and in December 2016 she was crowned the ‘Queen of Specialty Pharmacy’ and featured on the cover of that month’s issue of Pharmacy Edge magazine, published by the American Pharmacy Purchase Alliance (APPA).
