Each year, TCI collaborates with Kaufman Rossin to conduct a survey of women-led businesses to determine the top 50 women-led for-profit organizations and the top 120 not-for-profit organizations to demonstrate how Florida women are paving the way to leadership success. This year, the women will be honored at the Thirteenth Annual Top Women Awards Luncheon on Thursday, May 3rd, 18 at the Hilton Miami Downtown, in Miami, FL.

“To be recognized again as a Top Women-Led Business in Florida is a tremendous honor for myself and our entire team,” says CSI Specialty Group President and CEO Suzette DiMascio CHE, CMCE, CPC. “I can honestly say that every single one of our team members, no matter how large their role, is dedicated to improving the patient journey for the clients we serve.”

“Whether we’re assisting a specialty pharmacy manufacturer launch a new drug or a health system design programs to help a family member deal with the needs of their loved one on a life saving rare drug, our mission is that each strategy, consulting and talent solution drive sustainable success for clients while helping to improve a patient’s life. With this inner passion, dedication and commitment to sustain us, the accolades take care of themselves.”

DiMascio is a globally recognized thought leader and influential contributor to the specialty pharmacy and manufacturer community, Corporate Member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP), Founding Member of National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP) and an Active Member in the Women Business Leaders of US HealthCare Industry (WBL). Under Suzette’s leadership, the CSI Specialty Group has become known as the Industry’s Most Influential Leader in Specialty Pharmacy Consulting and Talent Acquisition.

In 2017, she was appointed to the National Stakeholder Advisory Panel of the Pharmacy Quality Alliance, and in December 2016 DiMascio was crowned the ‘Queen of Specialty Pharmacy’ and featured on the cover of that month’s issue of Pharmacy Edge magazine, published by the American Pharmacy Purchase Alliance (APPA).

Suzette’s passion for helping women advance their careers, build confidence, and improve their knowledge of the industry was the driving force behind the creation of the Women in Specialty Pharmacy Group (WSPRX). A partner of the NASP, the group acts as a catalyst for women with similar aspirations to come together and form a collegial network that uplifts, guides, inspires, and endorses their growth in the industry. During the NASP Annual Conference in the fall, the group will host a luncheon to celebrate the contributions women have made in accelerating patient care.

CSI’s Leadership Team has received many awards and accolades for business success and industry contributions. Team CSI has more than 300 years of combined experience representing expertise from organizations like Accredo, Aetna Specialty, CVS Caremark, Cleveland Clinic, Johns Hopkins, Kroger Specialty, and Walgreens, among others.
